This Thursday only, Eli Rarey is performing a segment from his Naked Lunch Storytelling Cycle at The Old American Can Factory in Brooklyn. The performance will be approximately 90 minutes long and begins at 8pm. Suggested donation is $10.
This segment has been performed previously at the Basement Lounge in Long Beach, CA, at the GRIOT Storytelling Workshop, and at a private home in La Punta Cabras, Mexico. This will be the first New York performance of the Naked Lunch Storytelling Cycle.

Bio
Eli's performances are marked by their simplicity, compassion for the audience, and humor. He tells folk tales and literary epics for children, adults, and families.
Eli has a degree in theater arts from Columbia University and has studied for many years with master storyteller Diane Wolkstein. He recently performed with twenty-six storytellers at the Monkey King Marathon in New York City. He is on the board of directors of Celebrate Story.
Eli lives in the Los Angeles area, where he specializes in unorthodox performance settings such as dinner parties, rock concerts, political protests, corporate events, and camping trips. Eli is happy to travel in order to tell and adjusts his performance fee to suit your needs.
